Returns/Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders-  except for custom orders - may be cancelled by email upto the point at which they have been shipped.  Customers must notify ParterreDesigns via email of exactly what items they want to cancel. Any payment made on goods not yet shipped will be refunded.

Order Returns Policy

1.  Woven towels and table runners received may be returned for credit when returned in unused condition within 7 days of shipping date. Merchandise returned will be credited the actual price paid: if coupons were used towards the purchase price, coupon value will not be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

2. Pantry items cannot be returned for credit. In the event of breakage or spoilage during shipping, customer should email ParterreDesigns for a replacement within 2 days of receipt. Replacements will be shipped at no extra charge.
